TechPreneur has recently announced a strategic partnership with Dr. Samir B. Belhaouari, Associate Professor at Hamdan Bin Khalifa University (HBKU), to advance responsible AI solutions and nurture emerging talent. Together, we will bring together academic strength and real-world innovation to shape practical, impactful AI applications.

We are honoured to begin this partnership with Dr. Samir, who brings over two decades of global academic and research experience. His background spans prestigious institutions such as EPFL (Switzerland), INP Toulouse (France), and UTP (Malaysia), along with extensive work in deep learning, medical AI, sustainable algorithms, and secure computing. His research bridges the gap between theory and application, advancing areas such as Green LLMs, adaptive architectures, outlier detection, and biomedical modelling.

Dr. Samir’s expertise complements TechPreneur’s mission to ground AI transformation in real-world impact and responsibility, particularly in the education sector. Together, we aim to translate cutting-edge research into practical AI solutions across various sectors, empower students to lead ethical AI projects aligned with societal needs, and contribute to Qatar’s growing AI ecosystem through knowledge exchange, joint experiments, and innovation workshops.
